When the customer has given you all of the products they wish to buy, and they intend to pay with cash, there are a number of ways to complete the sale. The ‘Total’ button must be selected. Cash transactions are recorded as cash, so that the cash drawer contents will reconcile accurately. The cash, cheque, voucher and credit card totals will be shown on the daily summary report.
Cheque transactions are recorded as cheques, so that the cash drawer contents will reconcile exactly with the ShopMate daily summary. The total value of cheques will be shown in the daily summary report.
