On May 20th, the sell-through period for non-compliant, branded Tobacco products will expire.

After this date, selling any branded Tobacco product will be a criminal offence.

To find out how prepared convenience retailers are, we’ve analyses the EPoS sales data for week 13 (w/c 27th March) from 2,472 shops throughout the UK.

Over 99% of retialers are still selling branded Tobacco products and if the situation goes unchanged, many will experience a significant challenge on May 20th.
