How we are supporting you throughout the COVID-19 Lockdown
We have always taken pride in our ability to support our customers, whether that’s through the uncertainty of Brexit or the unforeseen sales opportunities of ‘The Beast From The East.’ COVID-19 is no different. Like all businesses, we have adjusted our processes to allow our staff to remain safe and isolated during the lockdown. Still, our priority remains supporting convenience retailers during these challenging times. We wanted to take the opportunity to explain what you might expect from us throughout the coming weeks.
If you need support for your ShopMate EPoS System:
Our UK-based team of ShopMate experts is still available for you to contact. If you wish to purchase new equipment for ShopMate EPoS

We have managed to supply additional tills to a number of retailers who have been struggling to cope with a steep increase in customers in recent days.
