We're still here to support you

On Saturday, the government announced that England will be entering another lockdown from Thursday the 5th of November to Wednesday the 2nd of December. As we are based in England and therefore subject to this lockdown, we wanted to let you know what you can expect from us in the coming weeks.

In previous periods of lockdown and restriction, we focused our business on continuing to support you while ensuring that our staff remain safe from the risks of infection. We believe that this balance worked well as we were able to deliver our core services as normal, with only minimal disruption. You can read about the specifics of what was achieved here.

To that end, we want to reassure you that you’ll continue to receive the same service from us that you’ve come to expect. Our front-facing technical support, installations and customer services teams will continue to work at full capacity, in some cases from home, to support you in the day-to-day running of your business. Our external engineering and sales teams may still be available to visit your store with some additional safeguards to protect everyone.
