Our business is divided into the following key areas:
Stephen.

Managing Director
Stephen is the founder of the business, he pioneered the development of the ShopMate EpoS system. He concentrates on enhancing the business to improve what we offer to our customers and keeps up-to-date with new technical and business developments. |
Sales
Our Sales representatives ready to visit you to show you the system. They will also occasionally call you or drop by to make sure you're satisfied with the system and service we provide. |

Administration
The Administration team work closely with you to arrange a date for installation. They set up the electronic links to your wholesaler, and chip and pin provider. They also set up wholesaler promotions and deal with general enquiries.

Technical Support
Our Technical Support team deal with any problems or queries you may have. They make sure that any issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. They deal with support both ShopMate, and OrderMaster.

Installations
The Installation Engineers call you to arrange a time to visit your shop and install the ShopMate system. They train you on how to operate ShopMate, and go the extra mile to make sure that the installation of your EpoS system goes smoothly. |
Mary.

Marketing & Communication
Mary is responsible for our marketing and communications. She also updates and maintains the website's blog, informing readers on what is happening in the retail world. |
Development
The Development team are always striving to improve the ShopMate EpoS system. They work on improving its features and maintaining its reliability as well as making it as easy to use as possible. |

Chris.

Operations
Chris manages the internal operations of the business. He monitors the stock, and also liaises with our suppliers to get the best hardware at the best prices. He also sets up the EpoS system ready for our engineers to install. |
Accounts
Amanda is our Accountant. Apart from dealing with the Accounts side of the business, she makes sure that direct debits are set up, and that any finical issues are resolved as quickly and pleasantly as possible. |
