Have you ever used a mystery shopper to evaluate how you are serving your customers?
The mystery shopper visits the shop and gives you feedback on their experiences. It is a good way get an unbiased view of the service you provide and to highlight areas where you could improve merchandising and customer service in your store.
The mystery shopper would need to visit the store several times before reporting back to you and it might be a good idea for you to be out of the shop when he or she visits so that you can get an idea of how your staff cope when you are not keeping an eye on things.
